Gravesend

A Deco design built prior to 1949, the date of the first planning application for alterations by Burton shown on Gravesham Borough Council’s planning site. Burton remained in the building (lately as a combined Dorothy Perkins store) until closing in early 2013. A planning application was approved in 2019 for a new penthouse roof extension but this appears not to have been built.
